How our return policy system wokrs

At Delvinchi, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel confident with every purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer refunds on all products, provided they meet our return conditions.

Returns are accepted in the following cases:

  • Defective
  • Important component of the item is missing

To begin the return process, please contact our customer support at Delvinchi.info@gmail.com. A member of our team will assist you and provide a Refund Ticket Number, which is required to process your return.

Please ensure you contact us within a reasonable time frame of 14 days after order is placed. Once your return is approved and the item is received in its original condition, we will process your refund promptly. Our refund processing time takes up to a maximum of 7 days.
